CNN's John Sutter looks at the number of Americans who say it's a bad time to buy a house. He says 78 percent is the highest percentage in Gallup history, but that doesn't mean much for home prices right now. The best time was back in 2003 before housing bubble burst, when people were more likely to think it was a good time to get married or buy a car, he says. And if you work from home, your chance of getting an alert about misconduct are 7.3%.
