The Importance of Passion in a Business

I was having the conversation recently with a founder about exactly what you just talked on, which is that I think too quickly. So basically in the very beginning of a business's cycle, there is the fuel that is running on getting to financial viability. And then for a long while, you keep optimizing for the financial sustainability and you realize at a certain point, oh crap, I don't really like this anymore. It's usually like, yes, you know, it's not the most fun in month nine when you're working really hard because you have to get this thing off the ground.
