I think the most important message is that there's nothing wrong with you in terms of what you think, right? You'll never be able to necessarily change what you think. But if you can remove the judgment you place on yourself for thinking you should be thinking differently, you're well on your way. With that comes a lot of self-compassion and supporting yourself knowing that doing that act is tough. What we're doing is really bumping up against our survival skill of focusing on negativity and danger and fear and thinking it's wrong. It's not wrong; it's how you choose to respond.
