What's Your Experience Like as a Leader?

I think it's very interesting in looking at your career trajectory, you've moved from Apple to save the children. And I'm wondering if you can talk about what has your experience been like moving from the for profit to the nonprofit sector? What are some lessons learned? It's funny. Everything I did at Apple then prepared me for this position at Save the Children. You're just working with donors as well as direct to consumer, but you're saving lives.
