Is the Doctor One of the Killers?

I thought the doctor might be one of the killers. The way he was acting and the fact that he was just like, I'm not fucking with you anymore. It looked to me like he asked for more information. They didn't need to kill the doctor. Because they're hot men. No, wait, but if that's the motive, why kill the doctor? They just need to be killed.
