I think we've all experienced challenges and setbacks as part of the launch in the book. The calmer you can stay during this period and the more planning upfront that you can do I think will help you anticipate things that are unexpected. There's probably two buckets communication internally and timing. And then finally there's informed so that's everyone else that needs to be informed for those big launches it should be everyone in the company.
