The news is not something where there's a silver bullet and it becomes some massive growth business because you figured out one cool trick. I've never actually had a launch before where there was not a moment of everybody screaming at everybody else because the site went down. One piece of advice is that hiring incredibly capable product and tech people, like not necessarily that many of them, but incredibly capable people who are even tempered turns out to be a great way to launch a digital product.
