Oulette: I think there's a big part with women, like we feel a lot of shame for different reasons. But i don't think there's any shame in expecting a your partner, or your possible partner, to make a certain amount of money. And because there's always can't be a discrepancy, it's probably very rare that you make exactly the same amount ofmoney. Then i think that the hours should be waited. So if somebody means percentage, you know, a hundred thousand ars year, and somebody makes a million dollars year, yeoar, putting ten % into the hours, it feels the same comparatively.
