How to Measure Success in a Software Development Environment
I was just kind of curious if there's some sort of objective measure from for like say time to fluency right that you can use in a case like that. Yeah you could absolutely set up a metric for success that was like we need people to be able to start using this they need to get up and running in one day. So but yeah I mean is there like is there a gold standard of like oh it should everyone should be able tostart using a thing in one hour or one day or one month or one year? Nah not really it depends. Sometimes a change is necessary especially if the security issue here has been resolved. We can't always have things remain the same sometimes things
