The Effects of Consumption on the Environment
The book looks at household activities as a form of production, not just consumption. Margaret Reed pointed out that the products we buy in the store aren't yet ready to consume. I think this causes me to draw really different conclusions than a lot of other literature about green consumption because I'm recognizing the time and effort that go into these practices.
