Last week it looked like Frank Lampard was going to transform things at Chelsea. The feel good factor was back with what was going to be, but that hasn't been the case this season. So yes, of course, Frank Lampard needs to take some responsibility here and I'm sure he will. We are plugging our way pathetically slowly to mid-table mediocrity.
