The Hero's Journey

"I can't sit around and just wait and hope that somebody else will do it for me. I have to be the hero," he says. "There's some injustice in the world, or there's some improvement that needs to be made, and i'm the one to do it." 'You only get one life right? Only once do you live, and it's going to go by too fast' He urges people to find something they're willing to fight for, to work for, to bleed for, to die for. And then develop yourself as a leader who is able to congruently make change happen.
