The Drawbacks of Overestimating Your Endurance Pace
The LT1 the endurance pace thing is a big drawback right so like assuming that you know where your LT1 is or it's a certain range. Max intervals just cannot be done or can't be done well because you can be like I'm gonna hold X watts until I die and then end up burning out. You don't need to go all the way up to the top of the range especially when you're doing high volume like 25 30 35 hour weeks.
