How Did Life Change Under Ellen Johnson-Sally?
Ellen Johnson-Sally was taken over immediately after the war in Liberia. She had worked for the World Bank and also the United Nations Development Program. Things were still very difficult when she took over because the country was still in a very difficult situation. Such services were not working, but it was a bit easier now for reporters to engage with political leaders.
