Building Local Community and Exploring Spiritual Practices

In this chapter, the speakers discuss their goal of building local community and the new positions created to resource college communities. They also explore how their spiritual practices have changed over time, specifically within the context of Judaism and their initial struggles with prayer. They reflect on their experience of praying three times a day and learning Hebrew to deepen their connection with the text and enhance their daily devotion.
