Is It a Post Processing Disorder?

Liky: I host o thanksgiving this year, and trying to accommodate everybody's varying needs can sometimes be hard enough. So the bigger ones are definitely a lot more challenging. But i revel in the fact that i am an ever evolving, dynamic human being, and i was built to adapt. Liky: Don't let yourself stress about it in the moment. It's only in retroct after you when you're reviewing the experience, that's when you let yourself fill stress.
