In the beginning, all we had was interns, so the interns were running everything. Now e have like agers and full time people, and now the entrancs are kind of underneath everybody's supporting. They take copywrihting classes, th we do canva classes, so they learn how to do graphic design or know what to look for. Interms of mistake, mistakes from the creative team. We've got lots of best practiced documentation. And so the goal is to hire the entrance ones there done. So if you work 20 or 30 hours a week, i'll hire you quicker.
