i talk about the four phases of healing a wound. Number one is to stop the bleeding, hemo stasis, stop the bleeding,. But that only gets you this far. So then you have to do the work to actually heal. Medication doesn't do it. It actually makes it more difficult. And we all try to avoid that because it's difficult. When you come out of that medication fog, the fields are going to be there, and you need to move through them.
