I was kind of turned off of therapy for a good number of years um now your therapist was in the audience did he find it funny you know what he his wife actually was the one who really didn't like it uh so let's fast forward then to marriage counseling and what were some of the breakthroughs. You mentioned connecting the trauma around money and not trusting men actually before we get to that where was where was your relationship with your dad back then obviouslyYou kind of knew what was going on did you feel any hatred towards him? I don't think I had really anger towards him until I got older and then knew more and also justyou know, my father would take me camping or fishing
