The advantage by patrick lencioni is a bit of a bible for superhuman in how we scale the company. And people who really adhere to these laws, i can identify and see what they are doing even if they don't know the laws. We had a set of six values when we first started the company, fast fort. A couple of years later, we read the after we read this book, and we decided to complete refactor. It's an unfortunate reality that there are a lot of psychopathic type people, associopathic people, in tuck and in the professional world. I think it's important to identify who these people are.
