Is There a Consciousness in the Universe?

I wanted to raise with you, this issue of epi phenomenalism. I the flip side of the hard problem, the fact that you can describe all of this functioning. And you seem o never need to introduce consciousness in order to describe mere function. That is just it is an epi phenomenon. Its not epiphenomenalism is not a view that any one feels any initial attraction for. The consciousness doesn't do anything, it or seems to do so much.
