John has taught us, if someone can do something 80 % as good as we have, give it to them and then they're probly gong to be able to do it better than you. Youve got to free yourself up and allow others to step up if you 're going to continue climbing yourself. Im free mark should be the rallying cry of every leader. No matter who it is, volunteer, paid or an executive, that can command people to free youup.
