Password Audits - What's the Problem?
Nearly 5% of the accounts had the word password in their password. Thesys admins did not enforce a password age limit, so you could have a password set for years and it wouldn't go out. They only used single factor authentication. There was no NMA on 89% of the high value asset accounts.
