eric: There are certain ways of trying to pursue leanness that would just compound it. It's a way thatud be untenable. i actually, personally, to give a personal anecdote of doing both the reverse diet and a recovery in 20 19 months. So i think i had ten week of eating up from my very lowest, pushing hard to get shredded, average intake of 16 hundred calories per day. And then i competed in the middle of august at D m j where I was still like 16-17 pounds underweight but with an incredible body fat level. That experience really helped me understand how much weight you can lose if you're willing to work for it.
