Chat GPT has access to a terminal, which is like your command prompt. It will probably have access to Python and can execute that code. Why didn't chat GPT enable that from day one? Because it'd be insane to have. If you give chat GPT access to the internet and give it access to all tools, all hell could break loose. You could start another war. How do you presume a war can start using chat GPT? They made that deep fake off something. Misinformation. But I think that's the scene, direct way.
