Pandemic Depression

I remember going through ups and downs with like weird anxiety and depression. And it is only after everything has happened that i realized that i wasn't alone in it. Like everyone were collectivelyx encing pandemic depression. I'm not blaming myself, like, this is a group activity that we all participated in. Was it a good one? Who knows. But i feel i came out of it the other end way happier and better than i was at the beginning.
