What Are the Different Types of Property Rights in China?
There are business groups in China, but it's very difficult for them to engage in collective action. So I would say that they look at those opportunities. There are seats that are up for grabs for individuals and private entrepreneurs. To some extent become political entrepreneurs,. They really work the system and become a local legislator. The companies that I'm looking at, there are a lot of manufacturing companies, in a more traditional company.
