The History of a Block Chain, Right?
The idea of a layor two, i think, has been around for a really long time. And it is sort of the idea that you can build a decentralized system without having to actually build an entire block chain. So by decoupling the component parts of what a block chain does,. a the idea of something beinga one or an l two becomes less applicable. What's the appropriate nominclature when looking at something through the lens of a modular stack?
