Plant Based Diets Are Better Than Animal Proteins

Those eating plant base diets average about twice the average requirement for protein. Plant derived diets tend to contribute significantly less fat, satra fat and lestral food born pathagens. All nutrient come from the sun or the soil. The only truly incomplete protein in the food supply is gelatine which is missing the meno acid triptophan. So the only protein source that you couldn't live on is jello.
