The Origins of Critical Race Theory

Critical race theory arose in law. It arose out of critical legal theory, which was an early attempt at this project by infusing it with race. The Marxists believe that all society that's not Marxist is oppressive. Kimberly Crenshaw though deliberately injected intersectional thought into law where it wasn't previously an intersectional thought.
