The Break Out Principle
i know einstein famously used to play the violin as he was, you know, working on physics. There's actually a principle called the break out principle. For me, it's taking a midday walk. I come back and i'm completely refreshed and re energized. And that sort of combination of stimuli or that create of outletor or whateverk, there is something magical about being able to set yourself up to that perfect creatiove environment.
