How to Maintain Quality at Scale
Pr was effective for six companies okay Airbnb rover lift task rabbit uber zilla but it becomes less effective later which makes sense i think and then more effective for some. The most common pattern for maintaining quality is what i call standards and penalties creating a standard on your marketplace and then kicking people off if they're not meeting them. It's almost like you think pr is gonna everyone thinks it's gonna be big and then everyone tries and it's not that yeah impactful.
