The system reflects the wants, desires and needs of the community. It's really a systemic shift for county to start thinking about our transportation ecosystem. We loved to focus on driving equity and innovation right through integrating planning and investments. The success of this is proof of concept that we were able to combine research, community outreach and advocacy.
