i'm taking more of a diagnostic approach rather than a therapeutic approach, which will be the work of the c t surgeons or the esteemed emergency medicine of providers. The first question is is this a spontaneous numa thorax, or was there some kind of drama? Because it's easy to understand, if someone is on a ventilator or as drama to the chest, they can develop a numa Thorax from the sheer trama itself. This is not trama related. Next question becomes: Is there underlying pathology in the long or the esophagus?
