The Challenge of Building in Structure

Project loon was a gogls object to supply, iterand access from balloons floating in the strato sphere m. It required a very complicated and elaborate system of following air currents in order to stay above the places where they could be most useful for providing that access. The more straightforward way to solve that problem would be to dig trenches and lay ibr which is what's happened most to the world. So i guess wt, what always c stuck in my craw was this idea that we would spend a lot of attention on looking at lex ways to solve a relatively straightforward problem rather than then focus on the hard work of building in structure more generally.
