i think the harvard job fair is the last place to go look for talent, especially in start ups. You want people who are worried about a the end result, not kind of what it looks like you're doing. I always think of this as like the a, the parent test. Do you are you hiring somebody who cares what their parents think about their job? Orr you hiring someone who wants to be able to say to their parents ten years from now, that thing that you use every day, my team and i b those are two different people, right?
