The Problem With Light Bulbs on the ISS

There aren't really any light bulbs on the ISS. We need like an astronaut who was on the ISS to do this. The problem is when you try and text and the reception is awful. You have to be on a special authorized list to be able to email the ISS. So anyway, so did you approach an astronaut? Yes, I reached out to Tim Peake. And while he waited for the answer, I thought I'd look into the rest of the problem.
