Introduction
Caroline uller is a professor of machine learning and er science at m i t. She started off her career as a language teacher and speaks more than five languages. As a machine learning expert, she transforms biological or cell base data into a shared representation known as a latent space. Using this latent space, you can predict for example, what might happen to a lung cell given a particular drug from what you already know about the same drug given to a muscl cell. This is exactly what our guest has been doing to try to repurpose existing drugs to treat coven 19.
