How to Solve the Crazy Search Problem

I think that for me, I just try to meet people extremely early and seek lemurs of them that are potential indicators of future greatness. That's something I have a whole thesis around investing in malls versus butterflies. And my approach automates like outsourcing your taste to people that you also trust the taste of. If they see someone amazing, I will talk to them and I would love to help. Or it's you know, taking kind of weird and unconventional bets on people that you just see some glimmer of possibility.
