A Diversified Portfolio Did What You Expected It to Do
The bear market that a diversified portfolio went through was one-third of the pain one would normally expect to suffer in a really big bear market. So I'm not trying to justify any losses. I am simply saying that this diversified portfolio did what you expected it to do, even though a portion was down way more than we would have expected.
