JavaScript for Hyper Logical Clocks

So this is a really cool concept that I've done some research. And I think that I'd be using this. So what they do is, it's like you can have a, obviously it works in any language, but you can having a JavaScript library. And everyone has a hyper logical clock on their system. And what it does is it synchronizes everyone's system. It gives you a timestamp that is always in pure sequence with all of the other clients that are currently online. so even if you have like bad network or whatever, like once they're synchronized, it just kind of knows to be synchronized because it's synchronized against that local person's local user clock.
