Is There a Role for the EU and NATO on Defence and Security?
The EU-UK relationship has been frozen linked to progress on Northern Ireland. It does nevertheless open up some important new possibilities, Alva says. Do you feel there is a role for Britain to work closely or closer with the EU on defence and security? Or is this very much a kind of a NATO issue? And do you think there's any role for the EU and the UK to work better when it comes to this whole issue of security?
