mike jones, c o of alchemy and union vinise is the founder of crossfit saint paul. He started out as an infantry officer in the marian corps for four years before moving up to minnesota with his wife Andrea. The pair then opened their first fitness facility in a wreck centre where they doubled membership within six months. They now have more than 1 million members around the world.
