I was thinking of myself in a certain way and I was like, oh should I now that I talk about this stuff and like a more Spiritual like shouldn't I not be going out? And so there's been luckily a releasing of that. My podcast co-host ray has definitely been integral with that because He's recognized that like there's no rules to Spirituality and any rules that you place upon it become a limitation. Everything is inherently neutral There is no objective good and bad that it's all nuance. As long as you let go of all the ideas you're free to flow with reality, but as long as you hold on to them you don't have to restrict yourself.
