Harlan Crow bought Justice Thomas's mom's house. His mom still lives in the house. He personally felt like the issue was that he took a loss on these deals and therefore didn't think he had to disclose them. This of course makes no sense. If you were getting, if you got involved in a land deal with somebody that you thought you're going to make money on and then you didn't, that doesn't mean that you weren't influenced.
