The Harms of Religion as a Stick
I think it does probably fray the social fabric, because it means that we don't have these water cooler things. We're not all listening to the same staff and having the same cultural reference points. And so I think it probably does add a kind of macro level that probably is some harm that it does. But you know, one of the things about modernity is this amazing to give optionality.
