The Importance of Native Americans in the United States
A lot of money is taken in by frauds and both as state fake tribes. NOAA, the federal agency, which is looking at doing a co-management of a marine sanctuary off the coast of California. And they're doing it with a fake tribe that was proven in court not to be real. It's hard because we're so outnumbered. I mean, there's a huge move through the sort of indigenous, most sort of movement of Latinx folks to be Indian.
