The instructor mastery model was a project we did for the Marine Corps. We looked at how individuals transition once they get to the schoolhouse and they're asked to instruct. At level four they become a lot more adaptive and they recognize that they need to rely on expertise or the experience in the classroom among their students. So it's really interesting to see this maturity and this skill unfold over the course of those stages.
