The Importance of Receptiveness in Research
Inanna or Ishtar's cult traveled from East to West and then even in some instances from the Middle East to the Far East, at least in the sense of symbols and various epithets. A friend of mine has shared with me because they've been doing a great deal of research about the diffusion of Inanna or Istar's cult. They found that during the course of their research, it was as though they were able to reconcile their former Christian identity.
