Is there a right time in your mind to take money out and spend interest on that money? Depends. If's something that's going to make you income and you can manage the debt, then yes. But it is not for everybody. Some people don't have it in them to manage the debt. And i kind of went through this phase where i have all this real estate, but i have no debt on it. And the reason is, its because i'm waiting for the right opportunity. I will, i will have more debt s waiting for theright opportunity.
